No, not if the work is done properly. Under the UK Motor Vehicle Block Exemption Order, a manufacturer should not make your warranty conditional on using its franchised dealers for routine servicing and repairs. What matters is that the car is serviced to the manufacturer's schedule, with parts and fluids of matching quality and the correct procedures, and that the work is recorded. We use genuine OEM parts, approved fluids and the VW Group schedule, and we update your digital service history.
Yes. For warranty-safe servicing and warranty repairs we fit genuine OEM dealer parts and fluids that meet the manufacturer's specification for your exact vehicle, identified from your VIN. Every part is itemised on your invoice.
Yes. We record each service against your car so the manufacturer's digital service record stays complete, and you also get a fully itemised invoice showing the parts, fluids and work carried out.
In most cases, yes. Many extended and used-car warranty policies let you use any VAT-registered garage, subject to the provider authorising the repair first. Send us your policy details and we will check the terms, diagnose the fault and handle the claim with your warranty provider for you.
Yes. We submit the diagnosis, repair estimate and any supporting evidence the provider asks for, deal with their questions and agree the authorised amount before any covered work starts. You are kept updated at each stage.
Policies often have an excess, claim limits or exclusions such as wear-and-tear items. Once the provider has confirmed what it will cover, we explain any balance or excess and get your approval before we carry on. You never pay for work you have not agreed to.
Faults covered by the manufacturer's own new-car warranty, and safety recalls, are normally repaired free of charge by a franchised dealer, and we will tell you honestly if that is your best route. We can still diagnose the fault for you and look after all of your servicing and non-warranty work without affecting that warranty.
Our Birmingham workshop in Stirchley is open now, and our Coventry workshop at Charter Avenue Industrial Estate, CV4 8AW, opens in November 2026. Warranty claims for both branches are handled by the same team.
