Every plan covers servicing to Volkswagen Audi Group schedules with genuine or OEM quality parts and dealer-level diagnostics. Essential covers your annual oil & inspection service and health checks; Advanced adds the major service items such as filters, spark plugs where applicable and brake fluid when due; Performance adds turbo, boost and cooling system inspections for performance models; and Ultimate is our most comprehensive package, with a courtesy car subject to availability. Every Care Plan will include a free MOT each year while your plan is active (1 free MOT per year), with terms applying. Free MOTs will be carried out at our Coventry branch, which has our MOT lane and opens in November 2026. Until then, ask us about MOT options.

Under the UK Block Exemption rules you can have your car serviced by an independent specialist without affecting your manufacturer warranty, provided the work is done to the manufacturer’s schedule with parts of matching quality. Care Plans are designed for Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, CUPRA and Škoda vehicles, including performance models such as S, RS, GTI, R, Cupra and S-Line, which suit our Performance Care Plan. If you drive another Volkswagen Group model, ask us and we’ll tell you what we can offer.
