What We’re Planning

How Our Service Plans Are Expected to Work

Plans are still being finalised, so everything below describes what we’re planning rather than a confirmed offer. Pricing and exact inclusions will be announced before launch, and subscribers will hear first.

Spread the Cost

The idea is a monthly Direct Debit instead of one larger bill when your service is due.

Genuine & OEM Parts

Plans are expected to use the same genuine and OEM-quality parts and oils we use on every service today.

Factory Schedules

Servicing to your car’s manufacturer schedule, as all our servicing is, so your warranty stays intact.

Priority Booking

We’re planning priority booking for plan members, so it’s easier to get your car in when it suits you.

VW Group Specialists

Your car is looked after by technicians who only work on Volkswagen Group cars, with dealer-level ODIS, VCDS and PIWIS diagnostics.

Both Branches

We expect plans to be available at our Birmingham workshop and our new Coventry branch, opening November 2026.

We expect plans to be available at both our Birmingham workshop in Stirchley and our new Coventry branch, which opens in November 2026.

This is my second review for the team as every encounter I’ve had is positive and any of the work completed on my SEAT Ateca has been to a high standard. A special shout-out to Luke too for his excellent customer service—he always goes above and beyond. Honestly, all the guys here are great. It’s rare to find a garage you can trust completely, but these guys nail it.

What can I say I am so happy with the repair to my 2022 RS6 I found Jack through a recommendation I had a miss fire so after diagnosis Jack also serviced my car but came across another issue that could’ve caused me future issues, gratefully he found the issue and notified me to prevent what would’ve been thousands of pounds but in the end only cost me 230£ on the coil pack thanks again Jack just shows you take in for one problem but resolves other problems that I cannot see

These guys recently saved my folks who were on a trip back from France when the central locking drained the battery. The fact it was a left hand drive didn’t faze them at all and they couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. The customer service and work was second to none and they completed all the work in 2 days- saving us a massive stress. Took on the work without hesitation when other garages turned us away. The team were so professional. Would highly recommend.
