Came to VWGS last year after my locking system on my Seat Ateca was faulty, not only was I seen same day but the work was done quickly and I walked away super happy. Have since been back for various bits of work (service, cambelt etc) and have only ever left happy. Plus, any questions I’ve had have been thoroughly answered and the work has always been carried out to a high standard. Everyone here is awesome and anyone I’ve interacted with has provided excellent customer service and is super friendly. I’m not taking my car anywhere else!

Brought my Leon Cupra 280 into VWGS to rectify engine related issues and carry out general maintenance. Recently had a new oil level sensor & oil pressure switches fitted. As well as, new uprated PCV valve. All genuine parts were supplied from TPS. Jacks communication and service was great rectifying these problem. Highly knowledgeable on the EA888 platform. Would definitely use VWGS again for any future work.

I took my campervan here after another mechanic gave me a long list of supposed issues and quoted nearly £2,000. Wanting a second opinion, I brought it to Jack and the team—and I’m really glad I did.They quickly identified the actual problem and fixed it for a quarter of the original quote. Honest, fair, and transparent throughout, they didn’t try to add unnecessary work or charge for things that didn’t need doing.It’s not easy to find a garage you can trust, but these guys really delivered. I’ll definitely be bringing all my vehicles here in the future for the peace of mind.
