Terms and Conditions for VWG Specialists

Welcome to VWG Specialists. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by VWG Specialists (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to our customers (“you” or “your”). By using our garage services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

 1.⁠ ⁠Vehicle Release Policy
No vehicle may be removed from our premises until all outstanding invoices have been paid in full. This includes payment for parts, labor, and any additional agreed-upon services.

 2.⁠ ⁠Test Drives
Test drives are not permitted until the invoice for the relevant work has been paid in full. This ensures the safety and security of both your vehicle and our staff.

 3.⁠ ⁠Work Guarantee
All work carried out by VWG Specialists is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion, in accordance with UK Trading Standards regulations. This guarantee covers parts and labor unless otherwise stated. Exclusions may apply for wear-and-tear items or misuse.

 4.⁠ ⁠Estimates and Authorisation
All estimates provided are valid for 30 days. Work will only commence once you have provided explicit approval, either in writing or verbally. Any additional work required will be communicated and must be approved before proceeding.

 5.⁠ ⁠Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.

 6.⁠ ⁠Storage Charges
Vehicles left on our premises for more than 48 hours after notification of completion may incur storage charges at the prevailing daily rate.

 7.⁠ ⁠Liability
VWG Specialists will take all reasonable care of your vehicle while it is on our premises. However, we are not liable for loss or damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to fire, theft, or natural disasters.

 8.⁠ ⁠Parts and Ownership
All replaced parts will be disposed of unless you request their return at the time of booking. Ownership of replaced parts passes to VWG Specialists upon removal from your vehicle.

 9.⁠ ⁠Data Protection
We comply with all applicable data protection laws. Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

10.⁠ ⁠Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us immediately. We will endeavor to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
